International:

At Narhcis, we accept Cards, UPI and most other forms of prepayment.

Domestic:

In addition to the above we also accept Cash on delivery for orders under 3000INR with email confirmation / verification to avoid fraudulent orders. However, COD orders are only available for India.

At Narhcis we do not accept returns for printed products. This policy allows us to avoid wasting products, as products are printed on demand, which means once an order is placed, a product is printed only for you, in the size you require and the colour you request.

Please check the eligibility for returns here, if your product is returnable we give you 10 days to notify us and we offer free shipping for your returns, exchanges and refunds in India.

All international orders, if eligible for a return, must be returned by the buyer, please note international returns and exchanges are not prepaid by Narhcis, all charges/fees and duties must be borne by the buyer.

For fragile products refunds are calculated based on damage caused during return.

Once inspected we will refund the full amount of your original purchase, not inclusive of initial shipping charges. Please Include your name and order number on the return request email if you do not have a Narhcis Account.

Please note: If your package is on the way to us, you must wait for it to arrive before receiving a refund.

All orders are shipped from Mumbai, India.

Domestic:

Narhcis requires 3 business days to process your orders, we believe in mental wellness for our staff and hence only process orders on business days. After which your order is shipped and should reach you within 5-7 days.

International:

Narhcis requires 3 business days to process your orders, After which your order is shipped and should reach you within 7-10 days.

Depending on your location and zones, some orders may reach earlier than the timeline mentioned.

If your order has not been shipped already, please email Narhcis at care@narhcis.com for a change in address.

To cancel your order, simply email Narhcis with your order number and cancellation request at care@narhcis.com

Please note: your order will only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. Incase of customization or prints, cancellation requests can only be accepted if the product is not processed. Narhcis holds all discretion in cancellations depending on the processing of your orders.

Narhcis will process the refund as soon as the products from your purchase are assessed for non-usage. You will be notified via email for the refund being processed, please be patient as the funds will reflect in your account in 5-6 business days.
